Chelsea wins Champions League after beating Man City 1-0

Chelsea won the UEFA Champions League after beating Manchester City 1-0 in Porto on Saturday.

The London team took the lead in the 42nd minute when Kai Havertz scored after an assist from Mason Mount and managed to hold on to it until the end of the game.

This is Chelsea's second Champions League title and comes nine years after the team won their maiden Champions League in 2012.
