Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng (pictured) will be holding a conversation with United States Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed on Friday.
At a press briefing, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun detailed that the two will talk via video call tonight.
He and Bessent are expected to discuss important issues related to economic cooperation, the spokesperson added.
