Shares of troubled lender Credit Suisse extended losses on Friday, dropping more than 11%.
The bank has been experiencing much volatility this week as its shares hit a record low on Wednesday and then skyrocketed on Thursday after the Swiss National Bank (SNB) agreed to provide Credit Suisse with up to 50 billion Swiss francs to "pre-emptively strengthen its liquidity."
Credit Suisse plummeted 11.05% to 1.7990 Swiss francs at 12:52 pm CET.
