Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health released on Monday an updated death toll from the Israeli airstrikes throughout the country, stating the number of killed increased to 492. The number of injured climbed to 1,645.
According to the ministry, there were 35 children and 58 women among those killed in the most extensive Israeli airstrikes against Lebanon since the beginning of the conflict with Hezbollah after October 7.
In the meantime, the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) reported that Israeli forces carried out new bombing raids on the outskirts of the towns of Mayfadoun and Zoutar, as well as the heights of Jabal al-Rayhan.
