Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked Georgian warriors for fighting alongside Ukrainians against Moscow's forces, underlining that Donbass and Crimea belong to Kiev just as Abkhazia and South Ossetia belong to Tbilisi.
"I am grateful to the sons of Georgia who are fighting against Russia together with our warriors. Their exploits are our common exploits (...) We will never give up, because Donbass and Crimea are our land just as Abkhazia and South Ossetia are your land," he noted.
Zelensky added that Ukraine will help Georgia in its aspirations of also obtaining candidate status for entry into the European Union.
