eBay's revenue in Q4 at $2.6 billion, up 1%

eBay Inc. announced on Wednesday that its revenue in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024 saw an annual 1% jump to reach $2.6 billion. The company's net income decreased by 7% compared to the same period in 2023 to hit $680 million. Meanwhile, its diluted earnings per share (EPS) remained unchanged year-on-year at $1.40.

"eBay delivered strong results in the fourth quarter, as we met or exceeded expectations across our key financial metrics," Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Steve Priest noted. "We created a solid foundation to build upon in 2025, and our outlook reflects our confidence in eBay's ability to drive sustainable, long-term growth."

Following the release of the results, eBay's shares slumped by 6.36% in after-hours trading.
