Four China state-linked firms to delist from US exchanges

Four Chinese state-linked companies announced separately on Friday that they will delist their respective American depositary shares from the New York Stock Exchange.

PetroChina Company Limited and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) plan to officially submit delisting papers to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on or around August 29, 2022.

China Life Insurance Company and Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) intend to do the same a week before the two other Chinese companies.
