The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. hasn't discussed settling the charges relating to the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal with the United States Department of Justice, company's chief executive David Solomon said on Monday.
"We haven’t even started discussions with the justice department about any of that," Solomon said during an interview.
His comments come following media reports that the DoJ prosecutors recommended any settlement with the investment bank over the 1MDB scandal contain a guilty plea.
