Health ministry: 21,822 Palestinians dead in Gaza

The Hamas-controlled Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip reported on Sunday that the number of Palestinians killed in the ongoing conflict with Israel has reached 21,822. This figure is up from yesterday's estimate of 21,672 fatalities.

"The Israeli occupation commited 12 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, killing 150 martyrs and causing 286 injuries during the past 24 hours," Ministry spokesperson Ashraf al-Qudra stated at a press conference while adding that the number of wounded rose to 56,451.
