House Oversight Committee Chairwoman Carolyn Maloney said Monday she would subpoena Postmaster General Louis DeJoy for documents relating to the panel's investigation of mail delays.
"DeJoy has not produced a single additional document since the House and Senate hearings were held," Maloney said in a statement.
DeJoyis being accused by top Democrats of implementing changes to the USPS in an effort to "sabotage" November's presidential election in favor of Republicans.
