Huawei to drop Mate 70 smartphone series in November

Yu Chengdong, the CEO of the Consumer Business Group at Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., unveiled on Monday that the company's Mate 70 smartphone series will be released in November.

"The most powerful Mate ever! See you in November," he wrote in a social media post.

According to a DigitalChatStation leak, the series will consist of four models: Mate 70, Mate 70 Pro, Mate 70 Pro+, and Mate 70 Ultimate Design. Huawei introduced various improvements to the newest series compared to Mate 60, with Mate 70 expected to have a flat screen instead of a curved one, among other things.
