United States President Donald Trump hinted that Democratic Party's presidential candidate Joe Biden could be the "big guy" mentioned in the New York Post reports on his son Hunter's business links in China.
The alleged email correspondence about a deal between Hunter Biden and CEFC China Energy company entailed that he ended up with a 20% stake in a future business venture with the firm, with a question "10 held by H for the big guy?" appearing in one of the emails. Speaking to the crowd at a campaign rally in Arizona, Trump wondered "who the 'big guy' is," strongly implying that the person in question is in fact the ex-vice president.
Concerning Bidens' dealings in Ukraine, Trump accused Joe Biden of pretending not to know about his son's links to the corrupt energy firm Burisma, even though the former vice president was pictured next to the company's CEO at a golf course.
