Iran's Civil Aviation Organization announced that all flights have been canceled until further notice, the semi-official Tasnim news agency said.
Previously, Israel launched a series of attacks on targets in Iran in what it said was retaliation for Iran's ballistic missile attack on October 1.
Similarly, Iraq also closed its airspace until further notice, citing ongoing security risks in the region.
