Russia's Defense Ministry claimed on Monday that "in Ukraine, there are nuclear industry enterprises that have stocks of radioactive substances that can be used to create a 'dirty bomb'."
Moreover, the head of the Russian forces' biological division, Igor Kirillov (pictured), shared during a press briefing that Kiev also has a scientific base for such a move, as the country's scientists took part in the nuclear program of the USSR in the past.
Kirillov further commented that Ukraine's current aim is to "expose Russia as a nuclear terrorist" with the help of a "dirty bomb." Earlier, Ukraine underscored that these allegations are false.
