North Korea will hold a parliamentary meeting on October 7 featuring a potential change to the country's constitution, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Monday on the government's behalf.
The 11th Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) will be held in Pyongyang in the presence of the nation's Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un.
If adopted, the proposed change will define South Korea as North Korea's primary foreign enemy.
