The United States Defense Department has been discussing the option of Lockheed Martin boosting the output of weapons that will be provided to Ukraine, the company confirmed on Tuesday.
According to Pentagon, chief executives of defense companies such as Raytheon, Boeing, and Lockheed met with Pentagon representatives last week and discussed their production levels and the Biden administration's plans to supply Ukraine with $3 billion worth of military equipment.
US defense companies expanded their performance since the start of Russia's invasion of Ukraine at the end of February, with Lockheed reporting its quarterly results earlier today.
