Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov denied on Monday that the Russian military has been using Elon Musk's Starlink terminals to provide internet access to their army while operating in the conflict against Ukraine.

"This is not a certified system at our place, therefore it cannot be officially supplied and is not supplied officially, therefore it cannot be used officially in any way," Peskov said speaking to reporters. Before, Musk himself labeled it as "categorically false" news which signaled Moscow receiving the technological appliances.

Peskov added that the discussion regarding Starlink supply should be between Kiev and Musk, as Kiev is the party that has received the technological equipment.
