Powell insists US is not in recession

United States Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell testified on Tuesday in front of the Senate Banking Committee, saying that the US is not in a recession.

The Fed chief reiterated that the US is in a "pretty good place with this economy," adding, however, that he wants to see more progress on inflation.
