United States President Joe Biden said on Monday that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a war criminal, following allegations of war crimes in a number of Ukrainian cities. "But we have to gather the information... and all the details to have an actual war crime trial," he told reporters.
"This guy is brutal, and what's happening in Bucha is outrageous, and everyone's seen it," Biden stated, adding that he is seeking more sanctions against the Russian government, although he did not elaborate on their contents.
