Russia's President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the introduction of retaliatory economic measures against "unfriendly countries," the Kremlin said in a statement on Tuesday.
Putin instructed the government to compile a list of individuals and entities that will be targeted by the retaliatory sanctions within the next 10 days.
The measures will include a ban on making transactions to foreign individuals and legal entities that are subject to sanctions, as well as a ban on exports of raw materials and products from Russia to those targeted by the measures.
