The Palestinian Red Crescent said that Israeli forces have surrounded Jenin Governmental Hospital and Ibn Sina Hospital in the West Bank.
The organization reported that the Israeli military is also "obstructing" and "preventing" its emergency medical services teams from reaching the injured in the area by continuously inspecting the ambulance vehicles.
The Red Cross organization previously announced an attack on one of its ambulance vehicles near the Ofer Prison in the West Bank.
