Russia's Permanent Representative to the International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov (pictured) reiterated on Friday that the country will stop delivering oil to all countries that are looking to impose a cap on the prices of oil products sold by Moscow.
"Western countries continue clumsy attempts to use energy as weapon against Russia," the senior diplomat wrote on Twitter.
Yesterday, Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said limiting the prices of Russian oil, a matter that will be discussed by the Group of Seven (G7) later in the day on Friday, would be a "complete absurdity" and that it would lead to the destabilization of the oil market.
