Shelling leaves 45,000 families without water in Ukraine

Nearly 45,000 families are left without water in Ukraine after the shelling damaged the powerline of the water supply's pumping station in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Valentyn Reznichenko, the head of the regional military administration, revealed on Monday.

"Power engineers are working - repairing the line to start the station," said Reznichenko, adding that Russian forces also damaged civilian infrastructure and vehicles.

Previously, Ukrainian officials informed of the attack on the region, noting that Russian forces fired more than fifty shells in the area, leaving two injured and 40 residential buildings destroyed.
