Head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin warned on Monday that Ukraine's use of heavy artillery has resulted in casualties in the disputed region.
He announced that Ukraine has been using tanks, mortars and grenade launchers, and called upon the male citizens of Donetsk "to come to the military commissariats."
The evacuation from the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics continues, as the shellings in these areas worsen.
