British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Sunday disclosed details regarding the recent interception of Iranian attack drones by the Royal Air Force (RAF).

Sunak, speaking to Sky Newson on the matter, emphasized the necessity of an internationally coordinated response to Iran's aggression. He said the response was coordinated in an emergency meeting he chaired to strategize a response to the Iranian attack on Friday.

"It's clear that Iran is determined to sow discontent and destabilize the region, its own backyard. That's very clear from its actions," the prime minister concluded.
