Super Micro Computer announced on Wednesday that it will delay filing its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.

The company cited the need for additional time to assess its internal controls over financial reporting as the reason for the delay. Super Micro will submit a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 to comply with regulations by August 30.

Following the news, Super Micro Computer's stock plunged 9.86% in premarket in New York.
