Tesla's Q4 deliveries at 495,570, miss estimates

Tesla Inc. announced on Thursday that its deliveries in the fourth quarter of 2024 stood at 495,570 units, lower than forecasts, which saw deliveries at over 500,000. Models 3 and Y accounted for 471,930 vehicles delivered in the three months. Deliveries for the full year 2024 totaled 1,789,226.

The carmaker manufactured 459,445 units in Q4, 436,718 of which were models 3 and Y, also slightly below estimates. In 2024, the company produced 1,773,443 vehicles. Tesla's earnings release for the last quarter of 2024 will be released on January 25 after the end of the trading session.

Tesla's stock plunged 3.73% in the premarket trade after the announcement.
