Former United States President Donald Trump stated during the 2024 US presidential debate hosted by CNN that US President Joe Biden is taking credit for "bounced-back jobs."
"You can't do that," Trump added, claiming that Biden took credit for jobs that "bounced back" after the COVID-19 pandemic. He stressed that he gave Biden "an amazing situation," and that the damage Biden has done to the US has "destroyed the country."
"What happened to our country in the last four years is not to be believed," he said, adding that "what Biden has done is absolutely criminal."
