United States President Donald Trump took to TruthSocial on Thursday to share what he called "great news," adding that the "big, beautiful bill is coming along really well."
"Biggest Tax Cuts in USA History!!! Getting close," he wrote. The president had previously urged House Republicans to support the budget resolution, calling for extensive government spending cuts.
Meanwhile, it was reported that Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader Mike Thune will announce their support for a $1.5 trillion government spending cut during the next ten years.
