United States President Donald Trump revoked his predecessor Joe Biden's decision to remove Cuba from the list of state sponsors of terrorism.

Biden notified the members of Congress that Cuba would be removed from the list in the waning days of his presidency. Trump, on the other hand, issued executive orders revoking as many as 80 directives passed under the previous administration in the first hours of his presidency.

Cuba is currently on the list of designated state sponsors of terrorism, according to the information published on the State Department's official website. It is one of four such countries, along with North Korea, Iran, and Syria.
