United States President Donald Trump boasted the fact that he got the media to recognize the potential dangers of mail-in voting, claiming that elections results need to be released on the same day it is held.
Trump took to Twitter to write: "Glad I was able to get the very dishonest LameStream Media to finally start talking about the RISKS to our Democracy from dangerous Universal Mail-In-Voting (not Absentee Voting, which I totally support!)," and, a minute later, added that the US "Must know Election results on the night of the Election, not days, months, or even years later!"
Earlier today, Trump stressed that postponing the elections would be a better option than mail-in voting, claiming that the latter will lead to rigged elections.
