Former United States President Donald Trump's once-attorney John Eastman had his legal license temporarily canceled in Washington DC, Chief Judge of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals Anna Blackburne-Rigsby ruled.
Eastman's competence came into question after he participated in Trump's attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
Earlier, Eastman had his license taken away in California, where State Bar Judge Yvette Roland ruled that the attorney provided "false and misleading statements" about the 2020 election and egged the public to storm Capitol Hil on January 6, 2021.
