Turkey says normalizing relations with Syria possible

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu stated that the normalization of relations between Turkey and Syria is possible only if there are no preconditions.

He made the comments in an interview with Turkish media ahead of the planned meeting of the foreign ministers of Turkey, Russia, Syria, and Iran in Moscow on May 10 to resolve the situation in Syria and attempt to normalize the relations between Ankara and Damascus.
