Adviser to the Head of the Office of President of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podolyak, stated on Tuesday that Russia wants to destabilize the Transnistrian region.

In a recent tweet, Podolyak warned that "Moldova should wait for the 'guests,'" a reference to a possible military operation in that country. "Bad news: if Ukraine falls tomorrow, Russian troops will be at the gates of Chișinău," he added.

The words of the Ukrainian president's aide come a day after the attack at the Ministry of State Security building in Tiraspol. After that, the Moldovan region raised its terror alert on Tuesday.
