A United States court made public a detailed list of items the FBI seized during its raid of the Mar-a-Lago home of former President Donald Trump. According to the inventory list, FBI agents took about 33 boxes of classified documents from Trump's home, including newspapers and magazine clippings.

One of the boxes contained various documents dating from 2017 and 2018 that were marked as top secret, secret or classified, according to the report published by the Wall Street Journal. The Justice Department previously underscored that the classified documents weren't safely stored.

Prosecutors are now reviewing the inventory for a potential breach of the Espionage Act or presidential records law, which govern how classified documents and White House records must be stored.
