US reportedly hits Iraqi resistance targets in Syria

The United States Air Force carried out airstrikes on Iraqi resistance-linked targets in Damascus' southeastern countryside, the Syrian State Media reported on Thursday.

"IOF warplanes bombed the culture and media center of the Al-Nujaba Movement of the Iraqi resistance in the Syrian capital of Damascus, as well as a site south of the capital. Syrian air defenses were activated to confront the attack," the media added.

Syrian air defense systems were reportedly activated with no casualties as of now.
