Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said to journalists in Geneva on Friday that the United States will provide a definite answer concerning security guarantees for Russia during next week.
Ryabkov stated that an escalation would additionally complicate Russia's relations with the US and would not provide a proper background for meaningful negotiations.
