Russian Foreign Ministry's Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on Saturday condemned Poland's recent move to temporarily halt the import of Ukrainian grain.
Warsaw authorized the temporary ban on grain after protests of Polish farmer unions, who claimed that the imported products were of inadequate quality, causing a sharp decline in local product prices and limited storage space. "So to say, the Judas choked on grain by Easter," Zakharova stated.
The Polish government announced that the ban on imports will last until June 30.
