Amazon buys CloudEndure - reports Inc. reportedly bought Israeli disaster recovery startup CloudEndure for $200 million to $250 million, Israeli publication Globes reported citing anonymous sources.

According to the article, the deal is valued at around $250 million. Meanwhile, Techcrunch said it is closer to $200 million. Tel Aviv-based CloudEndure provides disaster recovery for cloud customers when unforeseen events such as extreme weather conditions or cyberattacks occur.

Neither Amazon nor CloudEndure commented on the reports.
