United States forces conducted airstrikes against multiple towns, villages, and military sites in Deir ez-Zor Governorate in eastern Syria, leaving seven military staff and one civilian dead, Syrian state news agency Sana reported on Tuesday, citing military sources.
According to the report, 19 military personnel and 13 civilians were injured in the attacks. Additionally, the media outlet said that significant material losses were reported on military and private properties.
Previously, Israeli media reported that the country's Air Force carried out strikes in the same area in eastern Syria, causing the death of several Iranian-linked operatives.
