Adobe announced on Tuesday the launch of artificial intelligence-driven agents to enhance online marketing tools.
The new AI features will allow brands to personalize content based on user behavior, making digital interactions more intuitive and targeted. The move should strengthen Adobe's business-to-business software, which contributed a quarter of the company's $21.5 billion revenue last year.
Amit Ahuja, senior vice president of Adobe's experience cloud unit, emphasized that users now expect chatbot-like interactions. Adobe's AI agents help businesses provide more seamless customer experiences.
