Airbus has outperformed Boeing in aircraft deliveries for the first quarter of fiscal 2024, with 142 deliveries to 45 customers, as per the latest data published by the company on Tuesday.
The company also logged 63 deliveries for the month of March and a significant increase in gross orders, reaching 137.
In contrast, Boeing, which is currently facing technical issues with its 737 MAX model, reported a decline in its delivery figures. Only 83 commercial aircraft were delivered in the first quarter of 2024, a significant drop from the 130 units delivered in the same period of 2023.
