Boeing to resume 787 Dreamliner deliveries

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) shared on Friday in a statement that it gave the Boeing Company the green light to continue its deliveries of 787 Dreamliners, which were driven to a halt in late February.

"Boeing addressed the FAA's concerns. The FAA may resume issuing airworthiness certificates next week," the agency remarked.

Previously, a Boeing spokesperson told CNBC that the company went through all the mandatory analyses and confirmed that "the airplane continues to meet all relevant requirements and does not require production or fleet action."
