The draw for the 2022-23 UEFA Nations League A was completed on Thursday, putting European football champion Italy, UEFA Euro 2020 losing finalist England, as well as Germany and Hungary in Group 3.
Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and the Czech Republic will play in Group 2, while Belgium, Netherlands, Poland and Wales complete Group 4. Group 1 will include France, Denmark, Croatia and Austria.
The next Nations League A will begin in June 2022, with the final scheduled 12 months later. The current titleholder is France.
