United States President Joe Biden advocated again for the introduction of the proposed infrastructure bill as the key to "turning things around in a big way."
"Our infrastructure used to be rated the best in the world — that's not hyperbole. But now we rank 13th in the world for the quality of our infrastructure," the president underscored in a tweet.
Biden recently promoted the bill as "the biggest investment in public transit" in the country's history.
