United States President Joe Biden stressed that the United States has to play a better role than China in the international environment while praising the Bipartisan Innovation Act and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act.
During a speech on Building a Better America, Biden recalled that China was number 83 decades ago concerning investing in the future and that it is now number 2, just as other countries are fast approaching. In that sense, the US president emphasized that both legislative initiatives will put the US in the lead over China.
Commenting on the latest inflation figure, Biden blamed Russian President Vladimir Putin for the hike in prices. "Putin's invasion of Ukraine has driven up gas prices and true prices all over the world," he said.
