Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday that Minister Sergey Lavrov "clearly" informed United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken that "ignoring the legitimate concerns" of Moscow when it comes to Ukraine "will have the most serious consequences."
"This can be avoided if Washington responds positively to our draft agreements on security assurances," Moscow also noted.
The Kremlin expects a full written response by the US on Russia's security proposals "next week," the ministry underlined again.
