United States President Joe Biden said that Russia's "brutal attack" against Ukraine was a "test for the ages" both for the US and the world at large. "We united NATO, we built a global coalition, we stood against Putin's aggression," he told lawmakers during his State of the Union address.
Biden repeated that the US will stand with Ukraine "as long as it takes." He insisted that, in the past two years, "democracies have become stronger, not weaker. Autocracies have grown weaker, not stronger."
