Boeing to deliver MH-139A helicopters to US from 2024

The Boeing Company revealed on Tuesday that it will start delivering the first 13 MH-139A Grey Wolf helicopters to the United States Air Force in 2024 in accordance with the $285 million contract between the two parties.

Leonardo SpA "produces the helicopter at its plant in northeast Philadelphia, while Boeing is responsible for military equipment procurement and installation and post-delivery support of the aircraft," the US company specified.

The helicopters will be mostly used to protect intercontinental ballistic missiles in the US.
