Former tennis champion Boris Becker was sentenced to two and a half years in prison by a London court on Friday, after it was determined he hid £2.5 million worth of assets to avoid paying debts.
The former world No. 1 was found guilty of four charges under the United Kingdom's Insolvency Act, with the sentence following the investigation of Becker's bankruptcy in 2017 filed after an unpaid loan on his Spanish estate.
